Brennan McKean, a retirement plan specialist, joined Hall Financial Advisors in May of 2022. He helps clients navigate the complexities of retirement planning, ultimately increasing the likelihood of achieving their retirement goals and enjoying a financially secure future. Brennan is an important member of the retirement planning team at HFA.
In June 2024, Brennan earned his designation as a Nonqualified Plan Consultant (NQPC) from the National Association of Plan Advisors (NAPA), further solidifying his expertise in retirement planning.
He was born in Meadville, PA, and grew up in Wooster, OH, where he attended Northwestern High School. Brennan came to Marietta to attend Marietta College, where he was a men’s basketball team member. He graduated in 2016 with a bachelor’s degree in Finance and Management.
Retirement Plan Specialist: Commitment to Marietta's Community
Brennan spent the past six years coaching college basketball, committing one year to Defiance College and the past five to Marietta College as an assistant coach.
During his final season as a coach at Marietta, the men's basketball team recorded its best season ever (29-3) and earned a trip to the Final Four for the first time in school history.
He lives in Marietta with his wife, Whitnie, a Mid-Ohio Valley native and a practice management supervisor for Marietta Memorial Hospital. Brennan’s ongoing passion for basketball and his alma mater is reflected in his position as a volunteer assistant basketball coach at Marietta College. He also enjoys attending sporting events, golfing, traveling, and quality family time.
