Cody Venderlic joined Hall Financial Advisors as the firm’s tenth financial advisor, bringing a wealth of experience and a strong commitment to his community. Born and raised in St. Marys, West Virginia, Cody’s journey has been shaped by his passion for education, athletics, and family. After graduating from St. Marys High School in 2004, he attended Marietta College, where he played football from 2004 to 2008 and earned a degree in Early Childhood Education with a minor in Leadership.

Before transitioning to Hall Financial Advisors, Cody spent 11 years teaching preschool, 1st grade, and 2nd grade in Parkersburg, WV, and Charleston, SC. He also served as the Athletic Director at Marietta City Schools for six years, a role that further developed his leadership skills. As a coach for high school football at Parkersburg South and youth/junior high athletics in both Charleston and Marietta, Cody has always been dedicated to teamwork and supporting the growth of those around him.

Cody’s educational background includes a Master’s degree in Educational Business Administration from the American College of Education. He holds his Series 7 and Series 66 securities registrations, a Life & Health insurance license, and most recently earned the Accredited Behavioral Finance Professional™ (ABFP®) designation in November 2025. This designation reflects his commitment to continued learning and to understanding the connection between financial decision-making and client behavior.

Cody lives in Marietta with his wife, a second-grade teacher at Washington Elementary, and their three children: Olivia, Spencer, and Harrison. When he’s not working, Cody enjoys staying active with athletics and the outdoors. A dedicated Pittsburgh Steelers season ticket holder, he is also deeply involved in his faith and family.
