Connor attended Marietta College, where he was a member of the Men’s Basketball Team, and graduated in 2018 with a degree in Special Education.

Before transitioning into financial services, Connor spent three years at Warren Middle School as an Intervention Specialist teaching 7th and 8th grade math. He also served as the middle school math department head, strengthening his ability to communicate complex concepts in a clear and practical way.

Connor and his wife, Kenzi, Clinical Office Manager at Westbrook Health Services, live in Marietta, Ohio. In May 2025, they welcomed their daughter, Hattie Ann McCreary. Becoming a father has given Connor an even greater appreciation for patience, perspective, and long-term planning — qualities he values both at home and in his work with clients.

Outside the office, Connor enjoys playing golf and training for backpacking trips he takes twice a year along sections of the Appalachian Trail. A first-degree black belt, he brings discipline and focus to both his personal pursuits and his professional responsibilities.
