Jacquelin (Jackie) Mathews joined Hall Financial Advisors in June 2019 as a Senior Client Service Associate working directly with Financial Advisor, Rob Beardmore. She previously worked in the finance industry in operations for 12 years.
With her deep understanding of the financial advisory landscape and a commitment to exceptional client service, Jackie ensures that clients receive the best possible experience. Her Senior Client Service Associate role involves facilitating smooth client interactions, managing administrative tasks, and providing critical support to the firm's financial advisor Rob.
Jackie's dedication to excellence and her ability to maintain a strong rapport with clients contribute significantly to the overall success and reputation of Hall Financial Advisors. She is also very involved with the Hall Financial Advisors Giving Foundation.
Senior Client Service Associate: Work & Education Background
Before entering finance, Jackie served as an ASCP Certified MLT (medical laboratory technician) at St. Joseph’s Hospital for 15 years. She graduated from Ohio Valley University with a Bachelor’s in Business Administration and Management and is working to complete her SIE + Series 7 courses in 2022.

She resides in Williamstown, West Virginia and is the mother of two sons, Logan and Landon Mahaney. Logan is a Marietta City Firefighter and Technical Sergeant for WVs Air National Guard 130th Engineer group.
Landon works for the Wood County Airport and is also a pilot in training. Jackie is very close to her family and thoroughly enjoys being “GiGi” to her two beautiful twin granddaughters, Brylee and Hadley. She fills her leisure time with cooking, traveling, and finds adventure in discovering new places.
